Ongoing discussions about the DIY items that need to be collected/set-up
Creating and finalising styling plan
One to two meetings prior to the day (in-person/video call) to meet the venue manager and review the styling elements timeline and floorplans.
Support to organise those last-minute details.
Unlimited support via phone and email

Coordinator to be onsite to manage bump in and out of styling items as per the floor plan and to timeline
Oversee the setting up of wedding locations to ensure that it reflects the floorplan.
Troubleshooting and solving problems that may arise during the day.

Extra costs apply for travel outside of range/additional hours
