I am based in Launceston, Tasmania. I have a passion to help newly engaged couples bring their dream wedding day to life across the state.

Over the last 5 years, I have had the privilege to work in venues and with companies that organise various size events ranging from 50 to over 300 people. I have worked with great team members to execute these events from exhibitions to graduation, ultimately my favourite has been weddings. It’s the excitement on everyone’s face that brings me the most joy in the job. As your wedding coordinator, I will be able to recommend the best local vendors for your wedding through the connections that I have made over the years.

I am hardworking and have good attention to detail which helps to create the day you have imagined. The passion that I have for timelines and event logistics will help make sure the planning and your big day runs smoothly.

All this will be done with a big smile, a bit of fun, and laughter. Who said wedding planning can’t be fun?

On-the-Day Coordination Package

includes:

Leading up to the wedding:

Working with an experienced coordinator from 6 weeks out of the wedding day.
Creating and finalising timelines with venue/vendors
One to two meetings prior to the day (in-person/video call) to meet the venue manager and review the timeline and floorplans.
Support to organise those last-minute details.
Unlimited support via phone and email (6 weeks out)

On the Day:

1x Onsite wedding coordinator for up to 12 hours.
Coordinator to be onsite to manage bump in and out of vendors and supplier
Handle all the venue arrangements, vendor management, and timelines.
Oversee setting of wedding locations to ensure that it reflects floorplan.
Troubleshooting and solving problems that may arise on the day.
Travel within 100km of Launceston

PARTIALCoordination Package

includes:

Leading up to the wedding:

Working with an experienced coordinator from 8 to 12 months out of the wedding day.
Initial consultation to meet and discuss your vision, ideas and current priorities for your wedding.
Ongoing contact and guidance for the wedding planning process over the phone and email
Creating and finalising timelines with venue/vendors
One to two meetings prior to the day (in-person/video call) to meet the venue manager and review the timeline and floorplans.
